Mortgage Administrator
Job Description
The role
Your primary job will be to support our Mortgage & Protection Brokers. You will be responsible for taking ownership of the backend sales process once advice has been given. Key daily tasks will include:
- Liaising with client and lender to ensure a smooth transaction
- Uploading information to lender and insurer portals
- Submitting mortgage and insurance applications on our client’s behalf
- Working with Mortgage Advisers to get pipeline cases accepted and offered
- Liaising with lenders and insurers for updates
- Working to achieve service level timescales to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Vetting documentation to meet compliance guidelines
- Provide an outstanding service to our clients
What we’re looking for

Experience working in Financial Services and or administration is preferred, but not necessary. Strong candidates coming from an unrelated background will also be considered as full training will be provided
