Job Description

Moore’s Fencing & Building Services Ltd are recruiting top quality Multi skilled Tradesmen to join our Internal Division for works in and around East & North London.

You will have multi-trade experience at a professional level, preferably with experience within the social housing sector as you’ll be required to cover multi trade operations including voids and responsive repairs.

Experience

Kitchen & bathroom fitting experience is essential, however we are also looking for experience in all areas of

· Carpentry

· Plastering

· Painting & decorating

· Tiling

· Flooring

· Plumbing

Must be a good timekeeper, reliable, honest and trustworthy at all times.

We are looking for hard working individuals who take pride in their work, must be able to achieve the highest standard of customer service, able to work under pressure and possess a flexible approach.

The ideal candidate must have

· A minimum of 5 years experience as references will be requested.

· Own van

· Own tools

· Hold a current or be willing to undertake a DBS check.

Pay £250 – £550 per day.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and be capable of working on various projects, from residential builds to commercial renovations. As a Builder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that structures are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Construct, repair, and maintain structures using various materials and techniques.
  • Perform tasks such as painting, carpentry, and masonry to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of buildings.
  • Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks.
  • Fabricate components as required for specific projects, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
  • Install plumbing systems, roofing, and electrical fixtures in accordance with building codes.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of different construction elements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Builder or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely.
  • Strong skills in painting, carpentry, masonry, welding, plumbing, roofing, and electrical work are highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction or building trades would be an advantage.
