Night Auditor / Duty Manager- £13.00 per hour

Our first class Front Office Team is the heart of the house, providing a warm welcome and a happy smile. We are preferably looking for an experienced Night Auditor, however we are able to provide on the job training.

The role will be 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 night shifts. Experience of working in a 4* Hotel is preferred.

Job Role:

Function:

· Be accustomed to working night shifts

• Oversee the smooth operational running of the hotel throughout the night and in absence of the Front of House Manager.
• To act as a Duty Manager on duty for the hotel and to deal with and resolve any complaints, problems, disturbances, special requests, or any other enquiries.
• Create a strong, guest focused welcome and departure experience.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance of the hotel is a priority whilst on shift.
• Ensure clear handovers are detailed / provided to the departing and incoming Duty Managers.
• Conducting a night audit process
• serving late bar drinks / food
• Act as a Fire Marshal in the event of an evacuation
• Implement the Disaster Recovery Plan in the Event of a crisis

Experience:

• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar Night role within a similar sized hotel.
• Minimum 1year experience within a 4* Hotel.
• Strong understanding of OPERA or similar reservation systems would be beneficial.
