As a Night Team Leader you will be an integral part of the family at Hawthorn House, no two shifts are the same but here is a brief overview of what your duties may look like:

What does my working week look like?
Week 1: Monday + Tuesday + Saturday + Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday + Thursday + Friday

Our shifts operate from 19:30 – 07:30 with a 1 hour break

You will be required to attend training every 4th Friday (6.5 hours paid)

  Tigh Abaid is a children’s home associated with Kisimul Lower School Lincolnshire (Swinderby), and offers residential provision for up to six young people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs, including behaviours of concern. Due to continued organisational growth and development opportunities for our current staff, we are recruiting for Night Team Leaders to lead our staff team.
