NPD Process Technologist / Food Manufacturing / Staffordshire
Salary: £25,000 per annum + annual bonus

The role
As part of our New Product Development team, you’ll play a key role in introducing exciting new salad products to market. You’ll:
Manage raw material and product trials in the factory.
Conduct shelf life analysis, product sampling, and industrial validations.
Collaborate with internal departments and external customers to ensure smooth product launches for both branded and own-label items.
Provide insights and support for new processes and factory transitions.
The candidate
This role is perfect for:
Recent Graduates with a degree in Food Science/Technology or related fields.
Early-career professionals with experience in NPD, especially in chilled/short shelf-life products.
Food Enthusiasts looking for a fresh start in the food production industry.
Skills and Experience:
Degree/HND in Food Science, Food Technology, or equivalent.
Experience in NPD or factory-based development is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and a passion for quality and innovation.
