We are recruiting for a Nursery Nurse Level 3 in the Gerrards Cross postcode area of Buckinghamshire, who has a passion for working in a Montessori setting, with children aged 0-5 years old. You’ll be joining a fairly new and welcoming team with other Qualified Nursery Practitioners. The nursery helps to develop and grow children aged 0-5 years.

Job Specification for Nursery Nurse Level 3 to include:

  • Full Time hours working a 40 hour week, all year round, 5 days per week, covering shifts 730am until 6pm, with 1 hr for lunch.
  • Flexible to work in any age group
  • Easily accessible by car and public transport from Gerrards Cross, Denham, Chalfont St Peter and surrounding areas, close to the town centre

Nursery Nurse Level 3 Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Curriculum: Planning and delivering a programme of activity for children in the nursery
  • Building Relationships: Foster connections with children and their families and care-providers
  • Working as part of a friendly team
  • Safety and Welfare: Maintain health & safety standards and diligently follow safeguarding procedures

Personal Specification:

  • Qualifications: Qualified Level 3+ – NVQ, Cache, or equivalent
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage , safeguarding, and health and safety
  • Communication Skills: Able to liaise and develop relationships with parents, carers and local authorities
  • Experience: Working with preschool aged children in a nursery, pre-school or school setting

Salary: Excellent salary is from £25,000 pa upto £26,000 pa, but flexible, depending upon qualifications, knowledge, and experience in an Early Years setting.

Job Description

Are you a fun and enthusiastic qualified nursery practitioner looking for a new challenge in 2025? We are looking for people to join our established team. Due to massive demand for places we are opening a new playroom and need nurturing and proactive team members to join our nursery. – Experience in caring for and supervising young children
– Managing daily activities and routines within a nursery setting

Qualifications:
