Montessori Explorers is recruiting for a highly enthusiastic, innovative, dedicated experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our nursery in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.

We are looking for a compassionate, kind, and caring leader who seeks to motivate and inspire practitioners to work with children and parents to the absolute best of their individual abilities.

Rated as GOOD in our recent OFSTED inspection, we are looking to recruit a Level 3 Nursery Nurse.

Staff help children feel emotionally secure and place a high priority on establishing close relationships with them to help them feel safe…They provide a rich quality learning environment, which quickly captures children’s curiosity and, consequently, children show high levels of engagement.

Staff speak highly of the support they receive. The manager places a high focus on monitoring, coaching and training new staff to help them improve quickly and sustain the good practice.

The role will contribute to develop a deep respect and love for children and will now be able to expand on this as they work with parents and colleagues to ensure the very best provision for the children. Create a harmonious and satisfying working environment for the benefit of the nursery.

• Planning and implementing a diverse range of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of belonging and community within the nursery.
• Observing and assessing children’s progress, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs and interests.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and stimulating environment that complies with health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.44-£11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Nursery experience: 1 year (required)
• Childcare: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
