Third in Charge

40 Hours a week

Up to £31,500.00 pa

Level 3 or above in Early Years Required

£1000 joining incentive when completing a successful probationary period.

This role is positioned within our team at Monkey Puzzle East Sheen and as our Third in Charge  you will be required to:

• Work closely within the senior nursery management team to provide a high level of professional leadership
• Support room staff in their roles and maintain positive working partnerships with the team, parents, carers and outside agencies
• Generate creative ideas to inspire learning, write reports and keep clear and accurate records
• Promote a high standard of quality within the nursery including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Be a strong communicator with both adults and children
• Ensure all children access a high quality and fun curriculum that suits their individual needs

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• East Sheen: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Nursery: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Level 3 or above in Early Years (required)
