Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support including data entry and document management.
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Assist with scheduling and booking jobs in for customers.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support the office. Skills

  • Excellent clerical skills including typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Competent in data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: £22,880.00 per year

We have an immediate vacancy for an Office Junior to work as part of a busy team based in Grangemouth.

Working within a busy office environment in Grangemouth. Morson is a recruitment firm and the administration support team assist with the following;

  • Taking a wide range of calls from Clients & Contractors
  • Assisting with queries
  • Providing support with issuing contracts; letters
  • Updating systems and extensions
  • Liaising with other teams within Morson to provide administration support

Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:00pm) based within the Grangemouth office
Perm role with negotiable salary and additional staff benefits
