Job Description

Due to recent expansion of services, Montage Services are seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager to operate as a Home Manager and take over the registration during 2025.

The Opportunity

Here is an opportunity to join our SLT team with an ‘OUTSTANDING’ Grading in Leadership & Management and ‘GOOD’ overall during the homes most recent full inspection.

Our home in Tottenham boasts a recently refurbished interior to the highest of standards. It is registered to accommodate 2 young people between the ages of 11-18 assessed as having EBD needs, but often operates as a solo-placement.

You will be responsible for working closely with the company’s Regional operations Manager, Responsible Individual, Director, to build an outstanding support team, who in turn support young people to achieve their full potential.

Our company has been Ofsted registered since 2021, and the home you will be joining is newly registered in July 2024.

Eligibility

We are looking for an experienced ‘Registered Manager’ with a proven track record of running residential children’s services to an Ofsted inspection grading deemed ‘good’ or above.

You must have previously successfully passed a ‘Fit Persons’ Interview, have evidence of your most recent grading/report as well as having completed your Level 5 in order to be considered.
