A leading manufacturing group are currently looking to recruit an experienced multi-site Director, Operations to empower the operational functions across multiple sites throughout the UK and Europe to drive efficiency, scale and innovation. The role will include developing and leading the business systems strategy, enhancing operational efficiency to optimise processes. We are looking for a people and process driven strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mind-set who is used to working across a multi-site manufacturing environment with experience gained from numerous businesses. A Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Operations) would be highly preferable for this role.
