Job Summary

Are you a self-motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals?

We are looking for adaptable and confident individuals to join our team as Outbound B2B Sales Agents. In this role, you’ll connect with senior-level decision-makers in a professional B2B setting, identifying opportunities to help companies recover lost debt. Working on behalf of a respected legal firm, you’ll play a vital role in consolidating outstanding debt from rogue phoenix companies.

Your ability to communicate effectively and think strategically will set you apart, as you’ll guide conversations to uncover opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. More than just hitting targets, this role is about establishing credibility, fostering trust, and showing customers how our services can provide meaningful value to their businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional outbound sales calls to engage B2B clients, build trust, and secure agreements.
  • Provide accurate Management Information (MI) to internal and external stakeholders to optimise business opportunities.
  • Consistently deliver against strategic objectives, sales targets, and quality measures.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Utilise CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management to prioritise multiple tasks and maximise productivity.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in outbound sales, particularly B2B.
  • Highly professional and credible with senior decision-makers.
  • Results-focused, with a demonstrated ability to exceed targets.
  • Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and telephony technologies.
  • Industry knowledge and the ability to build effective relationships quickly.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a team player mindset.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage time efficiently.

Working hours – Monday to Friday (9 to 5)

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
