Job Description
- Providing comprehensive PA support to the Creative Director.
- Managing the CD’s diary, organising meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Handling confidential documents and communications.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Maintaining an effective filing system for the CD’s office.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Responding to internal and external enquiries in a professional manner.
- Performing other relevant tasks as required by the Creative Director.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ‘PA to CD’ should have:
- A strong educational background, ideally in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience as a PA in Fashion and Retail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in a similar role within the Retail industry.
- Must be able to commute to North London
