About us:

We are a leading food manufacturing company with over 20 years’ experience in the bakery business.
We currently produce a range of quality frozen ‘bake off’ and craft bakery products encompassing Savoury Pastry, Sweet Pastry, Bread, Morning Goods and Confectionery products from seven cutting-edge bakeries around the UK.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader in our Packing Department to join our fast growing team and business based in Spalding.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Lead the packing team ensuring full adherence to all site Health and safety requirements and fulfil the plan for packing.

Ensure all required paperwork is completed fully throughout the shift and reported to the Production Supervisor/Shift Manager.

Ensure GMP is maintained to the highest standards and champion ‘Clean as you Go’ across your team.

Report all Near Misses and resolve immediately where possible

Work with the Production Supervisor, QAs and Hygiene across the shift to ensure the line is running correctly and Quality Standards are being maintained.

About YOU

You’ll be a solid Team Leader with good organisational skills and excellent communication abilities

You will be able to demonstrate your experience in Food Production and will have track record of hitting targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.40-£14.60 per hour

Expected hours: 33 – 44 per week
