Job Description
MD Group Ltd – Bristol
Do you have previous experience in Social Housing? Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do? We are looking for enthusiastic Painter/Decorator that want to provide high quality work to support our business and its values.
Our Painter / Decorators will receive:
- Up to £14.42 per hour (depending on experience)
- Fixed 40 hours per week
- 20 days holiday a year + BH’s
- Van, Fuel Card & Uniform
- Length of Service Bonuses

Key Deliverable
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding and practical ability of the work you are employed to undertake
- Ensure that all Company and Client processes are followed
- Continuously look for, plan and implement ways to achieve high levels of productivity
- Take full responsibility and ownership to solve problems, within the levels of empowerment set by the Company/client
- Deliver world class levels of customer service
- Be able to work alone and within a team to achieve the desired results as required by the Company and our clients
- Promote the profile of MD
Experience and Knowledge
- One main trade qualification (or time served trades experience) e.g. NVQ 2, NVQ 3, City & Guilds.
- Have current Health & Safety Training certificates (including, but not limited to, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling, Risk Assessments)
- Understand and be able to use effectively (after training) equipment and processes which may be reasonably required by the Company
- Experience and a passion for delivering high quality services to a diverse range of customers
