Austen & Blake is a new concept jewellery store located in Edinburgh, offering high-end, high-quality jewellery.

We are seeking a candidate for our Edinburgh store who has proven experience working in a high-quality retail environment (jewellery) and possesses exceptional sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide one-to-one sales consultations and product demonstrations.

– Ensure exceptional standards are achieved and consistently maintained.

– Maximise stock potential through effective merchandising, display standards, promotions, and use of Point of Sale materials.

– Upsell complementary products and maximise one-to-one sales opportunities.

– Collaborate with management to maximise profits, exceed client expectations, and set a superior standard of customer service.

– Maintain a highly organised approach while working in line with company guidelines.

– Perform general administrative tasks.

– Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and in-person viewings to drive sales.

Requirements:

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for achieving results and delivering exceptional service. You must have a genuine interest in sales and helping customers. A professional presentation and a polite, tactful, and friendly character are essential for this vacancy. A strong retail background in jewellery sales is required.

Hours:

We are looking for flexible part-time staff to work 16 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 9:30 am–5:30 pm. Days off will vary based on business requirements. Hours may occasionally include times outside of standard working hours during seasonal periods to achieve business goals.

Additional Information:
