Job Title: Parts & Retail Advisor
Location: Saxmundham

My client is looking for an experienced Parts & Retail Advisor to join them on a Full Time permanent basis.

About your new Parts & Retail Supervisor Role:

• Assisting with the day-to-day retail sales within the showroom which will include Parts, Country Clothing and Groundcare machinery sales.
• Providing excellent customer service dealing with customers enquiries over the phone and face to face.
• Supporting internal workshop technicians with parts identification
• Goods receiving and distribution of orders

Qualifications & Skills required:

• An interest in Agricultural, Groundcare and Construction machinery
• Mechanically minded and able to identify parts
• Work well under pressure and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent customer service skill
