Are you a highly skilled Paid Media Performance Specialist with expertise in Google and social media advertising? Are you looking to take on a new challenge with the opportunity to work on both smaller campaigns and larger, high-profile projects? If so, we have the perfect role for you.

Our client is seeking a talented B2B Paid Media Specialist to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and expanding reach through paid channels, with a specific focus on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of paid media strategies, both in terms of delivery and proposals.
  • Conduct audience acquisition and lead generation activities to fuel our growth.
  • Utilise your strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and implement effective tagging and tracking mechanisms.
  • Act as a client-facing representative, maintaining professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a proactive "can-do" attitude, eagerly diving into projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with creative, SEO, and development teams to optimise the integration of paid and organic efforts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry best practices and implement them in our strategy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B and agency environments, ideally with SAAS clients.
  • A solid understanding of paid media platforms, particularly Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Strong expertise in analytics, tracking, and tag management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and drive results.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and campaign experimentation.
  • Proficiency in creating and testing audience targeting strategies.
  • Knowledge of budget management and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
