MWG Solicitors, a reputable Manchester-based law firm, is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Solicitor to join our specialised Personal Injury team primarily focusing on Road Traffic Accident (RTA). There will also be an opportunity to work on high-value, complex claims while providing exceptional legal services to clients who have experienced life-altering injuries. Our team is dedicated to delivering justice and support to individuals affected by catastrophic injuries, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, and complex orthopaedic issues.

Role Responsibilities:

● Managing your own caseload of personal injury files, including serious injury claims.

● Assisting a senior solicitor in handling high-value, complex cases.

● Providing professional, empathetic guidance to clients during challenging legal processes.

● Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the firm’s growth.

● Staying updated with legal and market trends to deliver the highest quality service.

● Upholding the firm’s ethical standards and collaborating effectively within the team.

The Ideal Candidate:

● A qualified solicitor with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in personal injury law, particularly in serious injury cases.

● Skilled in managing cases from inception to resolution, including the preparation of detailed schedules of loss.

● Proficient in navigating complex legal issues and ensuring positive outcomes for clients.

● Exceptional interpersonal, communication, IT, and time management skills.

● Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive client relationships with professionalism and care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
