Responsibilities:

– Provide grooming services to various breeds of dogs
– Perform bathing, brushing, and haircutting according to client specifications
– Trim nails, clean ears, and perform other basic grooming tasks
– Ensure the safety and well-being of animals during the grooming process
– Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
– Communicate with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences

Experience:

– Previous experience as a pet groomer or in a related field is essential
– Knowledge of different grooming techniques and styles for various breeds
– Familiarity with grooming tools and equipment
– Strong animal care skills and the ability to handle pets of all sizes and temperaments
– Excellent customer service skills to interact with pet owners in a professional and friendly manner
– Ability to lift heavy animals and stand for long periods of time during grooming sessions
– Knowledge of basic veterinary care is a plus

Pay: £20.00-£35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
