Responsibilities:

As a Planner you will:

  • Provide planning management and support to both the pre-contract and contract operations for the business.
  • Coordinate with bid and construction teams.
  • Manage and control the planning and programming aspects of bid proposals and projects in progress.

Experience required:

Already experienced as a planner you will be educated to professional level with a relevant degree or equivalent in a core business discipline.

You will have a thorough understanding and experience in the use of project management software and experience in programme and project management, project planning, including programme controls, project review, and cost and risk analysis.

You will also have:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience on Primavera P6 essential
  • Technical knowledge of the energy sector preferred
  • Previous experience building detailed design and delivery programmes and then managing via NEC4.

About our Energy business

We have extensive experience in upgrading and replacing energy networks, delivering asset management for major UK energy companies and network operators.

Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground. Within the electricity sector we install and maintain assets, including excavation, laying and jointing of cables, (fluid filled and XLPe), substations and overhead line, new build, repair and refurbishment services.

Planner
Location: Ealing
Full Time Permanent
Salary up to £31,500 per annum
40 hours per week (8-5 Monday -Friday)
Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!
Day to day duties:
  • Managing a regional area with 20 Operatives
  • Working alongside another Planner
  • Booking in works that come from the client for the Operatives.
  • Will be picking up no contact’s call.
  • Will be chasing follow on.
  • Answering operatives on the operative line
Role Criteria:
  • Pervious Planning experience in social housing repairs
  • Social housing background
  • Good Communication skills
  • IT Literate
