Job Description

We’re looking for a professional Plastic Fabricator to join a global leader within advanced component manufacturing at their site based in Bredbury, Stockport.

As a Plastic Fabricator, you will be at the heart of the manufacturing process, shaping and crafting high-quality components. You’ll be entrusted with ensuring the precision and safety of company products, making every piece count.

What’s on offer?

  • £25,000 – £30,000 per year
  • Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
  • Performance related bonus scheme – 5% of annual salary
  • Overtime available paid at x1.3 / x1.5
  • Pension contribution of 6%

What will you be doing as a Plastic Fabricator?

  • Performing plastic fabrication and machining tasks
  • Supporting equipment safety checks and maintaining documentation
  • Conducting quality checks on manufactured goods
  • Aiding in project planning and material management
  • Communicating material shortages and assisting with site supervision
  • Executing on-site fabrication tasks as required

What do you need?

  • Previous experience as a plastic fabricator
  • The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • A full UK driving license
