Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Practice Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our largest dental practice, Stirling Burghmuir. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the dental field, with a proven track record of success in both NHS and private dental settings. Experience in Invisalign treatments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the daily operations of our multiple dental practice sites

-Manage and develop staff, ensuring high-quality patient care is consistently delivered

-Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols

-Ensure efficient scheduling and appointment management across all sites

-Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and overall practice growth

-Maintain compliance with NHS, private sector regulations, and industry best practices

-Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of operations

-Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and overall practice success

Requirements:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the dental field, including NHS and/or private dental settings

-Experience in Invisalign treatments preferred

-Strong leadership and people management skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

-Proficient computer skills, including dental practice management software

-Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
