We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Presales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients. This role requires excellent organisational abilities, time management skills, and proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office. As a Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring Metricell’s products or solutions meet the needs of the customer, demonstrating product capabilities and providing technical expertise. This role is essential for supporting the sales process, generating leads, and nurturing strong relationships with prospective customers.

Core responsibilities/activities
- Working with the sales team to understand customer requirements and business challenges
- Deliver tailored presentations and demos to effectively communicate how our products and solutions can meet customer needs
- Provide insight into product functionality and technical expertise during sales demonstrations
- Create compelling and persuasive sales pitches to support the sales team in winning new business
- Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities and target potential markets before launch
- Help prepare and qualify leads to support customer acquisition and increase sales team effectiveness
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential customers, ensuring a strong foundation for future sales
Essential:
- Self-starter, able to communicate and interact with people at all levels, externally and internally
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Keen interest in technology, willing to get hands on
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Problem solving and attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willing to travel internationally
Desirable:
- Degree in a business or marketing related field
- Telecomms, mobile networks, or AI technologies industry knowledge or experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and expectations
