Our client, a renowned global law firm, is looking to recruit a Private Equity Associate to join their distinguished corporate practice at their Central London office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of significant transactions, including disposals, acquisitions, and investment work.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in preparing and negotiating M&A heads of terms, equity term sheets, share sale and purchase agreements, and various equity documents such as shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, and loan notes. You will also be responsible for preparing and negotiating management warranty deeds and disclosure letters, liaising with W&I brokers, and overseeing transaction management and completions.
