Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated production operatives to join our team at the Warmley Bakery. As a production operative, you will be responsible for packing products according to instructions, ensuring the quality meets specified requirements, and recording production data accurately. This role requires individuals who are hardworking, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high standard of work.

Duties

• Packing products as per provided instructions
• Preparing raw materials for packing & operations
• Checking product quality
• Recording production data accurately
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Experience

• No previous packaging or production experience required
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well in a team
• Capability to work efficiently with minimal supervision in a bakery environment.
• Understanding of work directions and health & safety in English

Applicants must have current work authorization in the UK, and the shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, from 6am to 2pm with 30min of unpaid breaks during each full shift.
