Are you an experienced production manager / production supervisor in the FMCG industry currently considering a change of employment?

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Production Manager to join their team. To be successful for this position the person will require a minimum of 3 years’ experience working at senior level within the FMCG industry and have working knowledge within HACCAP and food quality.

Essential Criteria

· Minimum 3 (+) years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG

· Excellent communication and organisation skills

· Ability to manage and lead a team

· Experience in food quality and HACCP

· Resourceful and a positive can-do attitude

· Highly motivated and willingness to learn and succeed

The Role

· Manage and oversee day-to-day duties within production department

· Ensure products are produced meet the required quality standards

· Monitor production team performance and KPIs

· Review current processes and implement improvements

· Ensure that production status for orders is tracked and updated accordingly

· Oversee the training and supervision of staff

· Investigate any product quality issues as and when they occur

· Support all production activities within the business

· Attend production meetings and provide update on current order status

· Any other relevant duties

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Production Scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
• Production Management: 1 year (preferred)
