About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for Production Operatives to join our Kerry Team in Tenbury Wells, Co. Worcestershire, England.

It is a full-time, permanent role with night and alternating day and evening shifts. The shifts will change every half a year.

Where will you work?

At our Kerry site in Tenbury Wells, we are producing a range of products from fruit preserves, fillings, sauces and toppings, to chocolate, caramel and savory sauces. We supply yogurt, ice-cream, and other dairy product manufacturers, as well as baking companies and foodservice groups. The site is located close to A456, 4 minutes by car from Tenbury Wells town center. Due to work hours a private transport will be required. There’s an onsite parking and canteen with fresh fruits provided.

What will you be doing?

The role of Production Operative involves:

Operating production machinery.
Cooperating with other team members, such as group leads, quality control personnel, or other manufacturing operators to coordinate production activities and ensure production goals are met.
Accurately maintaining records and documentation.
Following Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practice safety rules, sanitation rules, good housekeeping procedures, and company rules of conduct.
Reporting food safety problems and participating in training for food safety and plant safety.
Following strict safety procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
