Mason’s Animal Feeds Ltd is actively recruiting for a Production Operative in our computer controlled Animal Feeds Manufacturing facility offering a 3-shift rota with two 3-day work weeks and one night shift scheduled every 3rd week.

3-shift Rota:

• Day Shift – Thu, Fri, Sat – 6am-8pm
• Day Shift – Mon, Tue, Wed – 6am-8pm
• Night Shift – Mon to Fri – 8pm-6am

Duties to Include:

• Mill operation using computer control of equipment
• Some hand inclusion of minerals for special product batches
• Restocking of mineral bins for current and next shift production
• Oversite and assisting with the loading of transport Lorries
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Control Room & Production areas

Successful candidate will have:

• Ability to lift and to carry 25kg bags

• Good use of written and spoken English
• Basic maths skills
• Basic computer skills
• Residence local to Mason’s Animal Feeds
• Valid driving license and personal transportation
• Punctuality when reporting for shift work
• Ability to work to a set production schedule
• Forklift Certificate or ability to qualify

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 – 58 per week
