Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person to join our office team as a Project and Purchasing Administrator.

Previous construction and purchasing experience are essential along with attention to detail.

This is an office based role, working hours are 9am until 5.30pm Monday – Friday (40 working hours per week).

Salary £28,000.00 per annum, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional Christmas shut down.

The ideal candidate must be willing to learn new skills and integrate into the office team, assisting all aspects of the business.

Tasks will include:

– Ordering materials

– Raising purchase orders on Sage

– Receiving deliveries

– Design and produce documents

– Putting quotations together from provided information

– Make and receive phone calls

– Scan and file paperwork

– Update and maintain training databases and records

– Book Engineers onto training courses

– Book equipment in for testing with external companies

– Arranging accommodation

– Setting up job packs

– Data inputting

– Monitor email accounts

– Updating labour plans

– Undertake any such task as reasonably required.
