Project Operations Manager – Lead Our Fit Teams Across Scotland!

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Project Operations Manager to lead and inspire our fit teams across Scotland.
The Role:
As Project Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of bathroom installations across Scotland, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your plumbing expertise, leadership skills, and focus on world-class customer service will set the tone for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to fit teams, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Lead by example, demonstrating technical expertise in plumbing and installation processes.
- Manage schedules, oversee job progress, and resolve any on-site challenges efficiently.
- Work closely with customers to deliver an exceptional service experience, maintaining BMAS’s reputation for care and quality currently 4.8 on Trust Pilot.
- Collaborate with regional operations teams to ensure projects are fully prepared and resourced.
- Drive a culture of excellence by fostering teamwork, problem-solving, and attention to detail. This is a company that wants to deliver exceptional service via exceptional people.
What You Bring:
Strong plumbing experience (minimum 5 years), ideally with knowledge of wet rooms and bathroom installations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
A commitment to delivering world-class customer service at every stage.
Flexibility to travel throughout Scotland as needed.
