Property Inspector

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Property inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of various facilities, performing repairs, and addressing maintenance issues as they arise.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing equipment.
– Inspect and troubleshoot various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
– Respond promptly to repair requests and provide efficient solutions.
– Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
– Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Maintenance Person or similar role.
– Proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment for repair and maintenance tasks.
– Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
