Hear from one of our Room Leaders, Georgina:
I love that I can support staff in becoming the best early years practitioners and I can take care and support both children and their parents in what could be their first educational setting. I love the bonds you create with staff children and their parents throughout their time with us.
When I started, I needed a lot of support with all of the policies, went on lots of training and found many opportunities within the setting to help me progress. When I became a Level 3 it had taught me so much which allowed me to put this into place with my day-to-day practise.
An Early Years career requires you to work hard and you need to look at the more difficult days as a learning curve. Make the most out of the children’s days by teaching them everything you can. Always go in with a positive mind set and enjoy every moment because you will have so much fun.
We can’t wait to hear from you soon!
