What you’ll do…
- Conduct regular inspections of all internal areas to ensure the environment is safe, clean and well presented
- To prepare all apartments for occupation
- Carry out inventories, mid tenancy, pre check out & check out inspections using dedicated software systems checking for faults or damage and arranging repairs via the maintenance team & recharging damages to residents where applicable
- To return resident deposits in line with current processes, regulations & third party agents
- To work with General Manager & Finance Team to chase end of tenancy debt
- To control stock levels to amenity & welfare areas
- Day to Day management of the on-site cleaning contractors including organising end of tenancy cleans, routine deep cleaning and regular public area cleaning. To ensure that cleaning team comply with current regulations including COSHH, manual handling etc
- Support maintenance team with PPM management & deputise for Maintenance Manager

- Have previous experience in residential property including completing inspections and inventories, soft services management, PPM & contractor management.

Pay: £28,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
