Quantity Surveyor – High end residential

We are currently representing our client looking to expand their team with a Quantity Surveyor. To be considered you will have:

• Experience from either contracting or consulting environment
• ideally MRICS / MCIOB but not a pre-requisite
• Experience of construction management forms of contract as well as design and build
• Tendering packages and procurement
• Cost management and budget control
• Understanding of specialist trades and specialist materials would be very useful.
• High end residential sector experience or luxury hotel experience essential.

The successful candidate will work closely with the head of projects and operations director on high end residential London based projects. This is a unique opportunity and you will be working with industry experts in their field.
