The firm provides comprehensive legal services across all areas of commercial property, including investment, restructuring, development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate occupier matters, public-private partnerships (PPP), corporate support, and real estate finance. Additionally, the team benefits from robust standalone practices in planning, dispute resolution, and construction.

The client base comprises prominent organizations, such as Ballymore, Blackstone, Brookfield, Canary Wharf Group, Goldman Sachs, including leading investment firms, property development companies, global asset managers, financial institutions, and public transport authorities.
