We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist and Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team, working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (40 hours per week).

Some automotive experience would be preferred but not essential.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a professional, warm and friendly greeting to our customers over the telephone;
  • Take ownership of the customer experience, understanding the reason for the call and efficiently directing the call through to the right members of our sales team;
  • Able to deal with numerous inbound calls through our switchboard at any one time and be able to park and hold customers;
  • Screen and monitor all email enquiries and promptly forward to colleagues in an accurate, timely manner;
  • Record and log telephone calls, emails and messages;
  • Follow up on all departments to ensure all messages have been actioned at the end of the day;
  • Assisting departments with their daily administration tasks;
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Your skills and qualities that you will possess are as follows:

  • Experience of working as a Receptionist;
  • Friendly, approachable and presentable;
  • Enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative;
  • Be self-motivated and a team player;
  • Excellent communication and people skills;
  • Professional warm and friendly telephone manner;
  • Good IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft word, excel and the ability oi pick up bespoke systems quickly;
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems.
