Receptionist / Office Administrator

Our client a leading law firm based in Dungannon wishes to recruit a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their busy office.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a comfortable and professional telephone manner, the ability to work well as part of a team and have a strong client focus with a positive and helpful attitude.

Duties will include:

  • Typing a high volume of legal documents and general correspondence
  • Incoming and outgoing post
  • Processing incoming and outgoing emails
  • Managing client files
  • Answering and directing telephone calls

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in a busy office processing documents
  • Ideally the candidates will have experience working with litigation/ legal documents this is desirable not essential
  • Good steady work history
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in legal work
