Receptionist/Trainee Dental Nurse

Job Description

We are looking for someone who has Reception experience or/and in a clinical environment. You will come on board as a Reception and will want to train as a Dental Nurse with us.

At mydentist our patients come first. It’s as simple as that. Their oral health, the quality of care they receive, the experience they get when they’re with us – nothing matters more.

With almost 600 practices nationwide, we are proud to deliver a range of NHS and Private treatments to over 4 million patients – providing anything from a routine check-up to a full smile makeover and everything in between.

Days – looking for anything from 3 days to 5 days

To be considered for this role you should:

· Pride yourself on your strong communication and interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone

· Be extremely organised and forward thinking

· Have excellent IT skills (appointment booking systems experience desirable)

· Be passionate about working to a high standard of service

· Have experience of working to customer service targets

· Have a passion for the Dental sector and drive to learn all about our products and services

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£11.45 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Reception: 1 year (preferred)
• Clinical: 1 year (preferred)
