Key Responsibilities
- Reduce touch time improving efficiency and profitability
- Maximise recoveries
- Report to senior management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis on the Recovery Team performance.

- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to give and take constructive feedback
- Ability to remain fair and objective at all times.
- Ability to set and manage objectives and targets – both at an individual and team level
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- Competent IT user
- Experience of managing a team, preferably in a high volume legal or insurance environment.
- Good knowledge of the technical aspects of pursuing subrogated recoveries.
