Midland Recruitment based in Studley, Warwickshire provide temporary and long term driver and logistic staffing solutions to companies throughout the UK.

Due to our growth and success we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant within our Driving Division.

Responsibilities

• Driver Recruitment
• Placement of Drivers
• Managing Drivers
• Retaining Drivers
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Business Development
• Arranging & attending sales meetings
• Telephone sales.

The successful candidate will have:

• Knowledge of EU hours & WTD
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to build strong relationships with both clients & drivers
• Work as part of a team
• Have excellent telephone manor & customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
