Do you come from a recruitment background and have experience of either agency or inhouse recruitment?

MDH are a multi award winning agency who work within the warehousing, production and manufacturing industry. We are looking for a recruitment resourcer – You could be a resourcer, labour manager or 360 consultant – looking for a pure delivery focused role. This role has no sales.

Our office is based in Rutherglen, however we are all adults and hybrid flexible working is available.

Basic salary of between £26,000 – £28,000 along with the potential to realistically make £200 – £400 per month bonus, however your bonus is completely unlimited.

Areas where you would support:

• Candidate Attraction – Finding and on boarding new temporary and permanent candidates via job boards, social media & our inhouse CRM system
• Client servicing- Filling new bookings, chasing and ongoing client servicing.
• Telephone interviewing
• Carrying our site tours and inductions

Client visits are a vital part of this role, so have a driving licence and access to a vehicle is a big plus.
