We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh Commercial, based in the Southern region. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of the sales strategy, collaborating with various leaders to drive growth and enhance client relationships.

We will count on you to:

  • Work in tandem with the National Sales Leader, Regional CEO, Region Divisional leaders, Heads of office, and Vertical Leaders to develop and execute the annual growth strategy for the business.

  • Become a key member of the National Sales executive committee, identifying and developing colleague and client campaigns, growth strategies, and solutions.

  • Identify opportunities for new business, driving the new business funnel.

  • Lead, support, and execute national and international growth campaigns in the region.

  • Collaborate with the wider Marsh McLennan group of companies to unlock growth opportunities.

  • Chair regular sales meetings and advocate for sales as a key growth lever, promoting the correct use of pipeline management sales tools.

  • Provide monthly data-driven management reports on performance and pipeline.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a rapidly expanding residential development company.
