Regional Support Manager
Job Description
An exciting new opportunity to join the UK’s Largest Independent Motor Factor!
We are currently seeking a Regional Support Manager to join our team in region 4: Blandford, Bournemouth, Fareham, Farnborough, Farnham, New Milton, Petersfield, Poole, Salisbury, Southampton, Winchester.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will assist both the RM and relevant branch managers in achieving sales and promotional targets in accordance with agreed business plans.
You will provide a key support function in all aspects of the business, including but not limited to;
- Providing branch counter sales cover when required.
- Optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction within local branches.
- You will assist in any required strategy planning, forecasting and implementation of promotional activities to support and grow sales of each branch.
- Ensure all company procedures are followed sufficiently in regards to stock control, sales functions & relevant HR procedures.
- Manage, recruit, train and motivate staff.
- Liaise with and utilise support from suppliers and necessary internal departments.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience working within the motor-trade and a proven track-record of the above.
However, we are happy to consider and train anyone who is eager to learn + both enthusiastic and confident in their ability to perform.
Knowledge of the local areas and customers base would be a distinct advantage.
