Job Description

Dovehaven Care Homes are recruiting for a Registered General Nurse to join our team at Hope House in Accrington. Working NIGHTS – 3 x 12 hour shifts per week – 8pm – 8am – on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required!

Hope House is a Nursing home catering for up to 42 residents, and our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable & happy as possible. Our homes promote independence, dignity and respect through positive risk taking and empowerment.

About the Role:

Our ideal applicant, candidate will have previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) within a similar setting. Working closely with the care and management team, you will promote high standards of nursing care, by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and the shift runs in a smooth and efficient manner. You will be required to perform all general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines, update care plans and administer safe medication. You will provide a high standard of care, work well as part of a team and individually.
