About us
We are looking for an experienced Registered Children’s Manager to join our team in Huddersfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our children’s services, ensuring that all staff are providing quality care and support to the children in our care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, strong leadership skills, and an understanding of the relevant regulations and standards. We have a growing network of children homes in the Yorkshire and Lancashire area
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the care of children.
- Manage the daily operations of the childcare centre.
- Develop and maintain a safe and secure environment for children.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
- Monitor the development of children in the centre.
- Develop activities to promote physical, emotional, and intellectual growth in children.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s progress.
- Provide guidance to staff members.
