Residential Development Fee Earner

Job Description

Our fantastic client in Leicester require a qualified fee earner to join their busy and expanding Residential Development team. They are happy to receive applications from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with experience handling plot sales conveyancing transactions and other residential development matters.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience handling plot sales conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion. Experience dealing with site acquisition and setup, and infrastructure and planning work would be beneficial, but is not essential.

You will work within an established Partner-led team to deliver the very best client service to an existing client base of national and regional house builders and developers.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day plot conveyancing on new build developments, as well as any associated part-exchange and resale transactions, providing a comprehensive service to the firm’s developer clients.
