Job Description

One of Liverpool’s busiest and best Irish bars. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful running of the bar, ensuring that customers have a fantastic time. Your experience in the service industry will be a valuable asset since you will need to plan menus, purchase supplies and keep track of sales and expenses. You will also need to train and supervise staff, be familiar with restaurant regulations and policies, develop good business relationships with clients and maintain adequate records. Food experience is essential. We would like you to utilise your leadership skills and motivation techniques to maximise employee productivity and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the bar.
  • Proven food and beverage management experience
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Guest orientated and service minded
  • Support in the regular training of the team, including daily briefings and skills training.
  • Be present on the floor to ensure every customer experience is the best it can be.
  • Oversee bar staffing to ensure the bar runs smoothly and wage percentage is managed
  • Be able to work towards KPI’s and have ideas of how to increase custom within the running of the business

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £29,952.00 per year

  • Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

  • Bar management: 1 year (required)
  • Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
