Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and consistency while managing food preparation processes.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in service delivery or menu offerings.
