Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu quality and consistency while managing food preparation processes.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation in service delivery or menu offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or related roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
