We are looking for an experienced restaurant team member who has experience working in a supervisor/team leader role, within a busy fast paced environment.

You will be assisting the Restaurant Manager with the day to day running of the restaurant ensuring it runs smoothly. Directly supervising the restaurant team and ensuring the guest experience is amazing. Effectively managing the floor and ensuring the team are fully trained to deliver an exceptional service. You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with our Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Day to day

  • Supervising, coaching and training
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Ensuring all dietaries knowledge is up to date
  • Prepare tables by setting up silverware and glasses
  • Offer menu recommendations upon request
  • Up-sell additional products
  • Take accurate food and drinks orders
  • Serve food and drink orders with confidence
  • Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
  • Deliver checks and collect bill payments
  • Follow all relevant health and safety regulations and be aware of your responsibilities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Be able to handl Section on your own

About You

You are a proactive and enthusiastic F&B professional, who has experience of supervising a team and wants to further their managerial skills.

As Supervisor, you will support the management team to ensure that we are compliant with H&S and current Food Safety standards.

Role requirements: –

We’re looking for someone has experience in a similar role, with a good work ethic and a passion for food & drink.
The role will be assisting the management with running all the front of house services and will include the following:

Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Oversee food preparation and production processes to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Train, mentor, and lead kitchen and service staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and organisation.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of f&b, food safety practices, and culinary standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in staff supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff alike.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software is an advantage.
